What is your cancellation policy?
Cedar Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park does not have a formal cancellation policy. If you made a reservation and now cannot make your trip, please give us a courtesy call to let us know you will not be joining us.
How close are you to Downtown Dallas?
Cedar Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park is located seven miles south of Downtown Dallas. Our property is easily accessible via Lancaster Road, I-35E, I-20 and I-45.
Is public transportation available to Downtown Dallas?
Yes. Two Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) metro stations are within a mile of Cedar Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park. DART provides convenient access to Downtown Dallas and throughout the entire DFW Metroplex.
Do you have restrooms and showers?
No. There are no community restrooms or showers at Cedar Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park.
Do you have a pool?
No. There is no pool at Cedar Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes. We maintain a secured laundry facility with three washers and three dryers. The machines are coin-operated and also accept electronic, app-based payments.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome at Cedar Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park, in all places except the management office and laundry area. Dogs must be on a leash outdoors, unless they’re enclosed in a secure space. All pets must be registered with park management prior to your stay.
Are your sites large enough for slide outs?
Yes. Cedar Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park has sites of all sizes to accommodate different needs. Please contact us to discuss the size you require.
Do you provide full hookups?
Yes. Every site at Cedar Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park is equipped with water, sewer and electrical connections.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Cedar Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park offers a long-term move-in special for guests who plan to stay one month or longer. Please contact us for details.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 10:00AM. Check-out time is 12:00PM.
Should I make a reservation in advance?
Yes. This is highly recommended in order to guarantee your spot. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss availability on your desired dates.
